Contains magnesium in the form of UltraMag®, a proprietary BioCeuticals blend of highly bioavailable Albion TRAACS™ including magnesium lysyl glycinate. These magnesium amino acid chelates do not dissociate in the gastrointestinal tract.
The natural juice of sour cherry contains antioxidants, including melatonin; sour cherry may improve sleep duration, efficiency and quality.
Clinical trials show Lactium® reduces stress symptoms and promotes relaxation when mentally stressed.
Magnesium may be a beneficial mineral in times of stress, as stress has been associated with lowered magnesium status.
Calcium, choline and inositol help support healthy nervous system activity.
