# Smiling Exercise – It’s really easy – smile as broadly as you can. Hold the smile, turn your head slowly in either direction. Turn from left to right and from right to left, and come back to the original position. Do this exercise for 2 minutes every day. It’s a great workout for the cheek muscles.
# Blow In Forcefully – Curl your lips inwards, open your mouth just a bit and blow in the air. Hold for a few seconds and then release the air. Perform this exercise for about 2 to 3 minutes a day. It’s a great facial exercise for toning the chin and cheeks.
Cut Off the Carbs From Your Diet
Start by cutting off simple carbohydrates from your diet. Avoid salt, sugar, processed foods – this is the first thing you’ll need to do. Sugar and other simple carbs retain a lot of water content, which cause bloating of the face. Instead, you should have plenty of proteins. Have eggs for breakfast, red meat or tuna fish for lunch.
Avoid Carbonated Drinks, Alcohol and Fruit Juice
Avoid drinks that have sugar in them, such as alcohol, fruit juice, carbonated drinks such as Coca Cola and Pepsi and energy drinks. Every time you have these drinks, they cause bloating in the face and in the rest of the body. Have lots of water instead. Water is sugar free and has zero calories. It eliminates the harmful toxins and other impurities from your body and make you feel fresh and energetic. You should have 10 or 12 glasses of water a day, at least.
Have Fruits, As Many As You Can
Fruit juice should be avoided as it contains sugar, but there’s no reason to give up fruits. In fact, you should have as many fruits as possible – apple, banana, mangoes, pineapple, and more. Buy fresh fruits from the farmer’s market, instead of canned, dried or frozen fruits. Fresh fruits will have all the nutrition you need.
